Axiata (Bangladesh) Ltd. (Robi)

Robi Axiata Limited is a joint venture of Axiata Group Berhad of Malaysia, Bharti Airtel Limited of India (Bharti) and NTT DoCoMo Inc. of Japan (NTT DoCoMo). The entity ‘Robi Axiata Limited’ merged with Bharti’s operation in Bangladesh, ‘Airtel Bangladesh Limited’, in November 2016 to form the new entity where Axiata holds 68.7% controlling stake, Bharti 25% while the remaining 6.3% is held by NTT DoCoMo. Tele Tell Communication provided about 2000 Extensions of PABX in a different locations and 112 Agents call center solutions with MX ONE.

The City Bank Ltd

The City Bank Ltd. is a Bangladeshi private commercial bank which is operating throughout our country. It is one of the very few banks in Bangladesh with a centralized infrastructure. The present CEO is Sohail RK Hussain. The bank started its journey on 27th March 1983 by opening its first branch at B. B. Avenue Branch in the capital, with the chimerical entrepreneurship of around 13 local businessmen who confronted the endless uncertainties and risks with courage and enthusiasm that made this establishment. About 700 Extensions incorporated network solutions with branch offices in different locations with MX ONE, provided by Tele Tell Communication.

World Health Organization

World Health Organization or WHO is the acting and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations. WHO Bangladesh has been providing technical assistance to the Government of Bangladesh for strengthening public health since the beginning of 1972. Currently, WHO support is guided by a broad framework known as the WHO Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS) for 2014-2017. CCS framework is promoting universal health coverage with strengthened health systems based on primary health care. WHO is also providing leadership on several critical health issues. Tele Tell Communication has worked with WHO to set PABX with network solutions for different offices.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) started its function on 1st February 1976 with 12 police stations along with 6000 forces. Then, the population of Dhaka City stood to be less than 40, 00,000. The Metropolitan area itself has increased in shape and size over the years. DMP functions are divided into 5 operational divisions with an Additional Commissioner each in the command supported by a band of Deputy Commissioners, Additional Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners with their willingness and witty co-ordination. DMP has a Call center solution as well, where they provide services online. Tele Tell Communication is proudly assisting DMP with its Call center solution.

Bangladesh Army Headquarter

The Bangladesh Army is the land forces branch and the largest of the three defense services of the Bangladesh Armed Forces. The major mission of the Army is to provide necessary forces and capabilities in support of Bangladesh’s security and defense strategies, including the defense of the nation’s territorial integrity against external attack. The Department of the Army of the Armed Forces Division controls and operates Bangladesh Army Headquarters. It is an immense matter for Tele Tell Communication to provide about 5000 Extension of PABX System to the Bangladesh Army Headquarters.

RAB Headquarter

Rapid Action Battalion was formed on 12 July 2003 under the Armed Police Battalion (Amendment) Act, 2003. Rapid Action Battalion Forces headquarters is situated at the old admin cargo building of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. RAB headquarters is commanded and directed by The Director General of RAB. All kinds of operational, intelligent, information and technology, training, and administrative activities are planned, coordinated, and implemented here. Tele Tell Communication has supported them with their PABX solution.

Uttara Bank Limited

Uttara Bank Ltd. is one of the largest private Banks in Bangladesh. This bank operates through 234 fully online branches and ensures the best possible and fastest services to its valued clients. It has more than 600 foreign correspondents worldwide. The Board of Directors consists of 15 members. The Bank is supervised by the Managing Director who is also the Chief Executive Officer. The head office is located at their own 18-story building at Motijheel, the commercial center of Dhaka. For Uttara Bank Ltd, Tele Tell Communication has helped with their IP Telephony solution as well.

Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC)

BTRC is an independent commission founded under the Bangladesh Telecommunication Act, of 2001 (Act # 18 of 2001). This BTRC is subjected to regulating all the matters related to telecommunications (wire, cellular, satellite, and cable) of Bangladesh. They started operating on 31 January 2002 with a vision to facilitate affordable telecommunication services and increase the teledensity to at least 10 telephones per 100 inhabitants by 2010. Tele Tell Communication and Bangladesh Telephone & Telegraph Board had signed a 154 million US Dollar worth contract with ALCATEL CIT, France for 1, 50,000 Digital telephones in Bangladesh.

Airtel

Airtel Bangladesh Ltd. was a GSM-based cellular operator in Bangladesh. Airtel was the 6th mobile phone carrier to enter the Bangladesh market. It originally launched its commercial operations under the brand “Warid Telecom” on 10 May 2007. Warid Telecom International LLC, an Abu Dhabi–based consortium, sold a majority 70% stake in the company to India’s Bharti Airtel Limited for US$300 million. On 16 November 2016, Airtel Bangladesh was merged into Robi as a product brand of Robi Axiata, where Robi Axiata Limited is the Licensee of Airtel Brand in Bangladesh. Tele Tell Communication marketed Ericsson Equipment of USD 300 million in Airtel.

Bangladesh Police

The Bangladesh Police is the main law enforcement agency of the Government of Bangladesh. It is conducted under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Their vital role is to maintain peace and enforce law and order within our country. They also play an important role in the criminal justice system in Bangladesh. They are bound to provide quality service by competent, efficient, and dedicated professionals to make Bangladesh a better and safer place to live. Tele Tell Communication has worked jointly with Motorola for Central Traffic Control Management of The Bangladesh Police and the project value was 15 million USD.

Daewoo Electronics

Daewoo Electronics is a home electronics company and a member of the South Korean Dayou Group. Daewoo Electronics Sales UK (DESUK) was established in November 1993 and is the 3rd largest electronics firm in South Korea after Samsung and LG. They have operations in Bangladesh and their office is located in Brack Center, (7th floor), 75, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka. Tele Tell Communication brings Daewoo for the supply of Frigate in Bangladesh at the value of USD 110 million. A frigate is a type of warship, having various sizes and roles over the last few centuries.

Ministry of Communications, Bangladesh

A Communications Ministry or Department of Communications is a ministry or other government agency charged with communication, where the responsibilities include regulating telecommunications, postal services, broadcasting, and print media. Some of the valuable projects are: Road Marking works under the infrastructure project of the Roads & Highways Department under the Ministry of Communications, Govt. of Bangladesh funded by the World Bank, worth USD 19, 51,333.97 at three locations in Bangladesh, where Tele Tell Communication has collaborated with Foreign Supplier of Australia, GT Industries Pty Ltd.

Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh

Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh (CAAB) operates as the regulatory body for all aviation or piloting-related activities in Bangladesh. It is the national aviation authority operating under the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism. All the operational airports are operated by the Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh. A member of the International Civil Aviation Organization, it has signed a bilateral air transport agreement with 52 states. It is headquartered in Kurmitola, Dhaka. Tele Tell Communication has successfully completed Flight calibration of Radio Navigation Aids of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh.
